Zanetta’s Gift: Because No One Should Walk This Path Alone

Zanetta Wood lived boldly and loved deeply. She was the joy in every room, a fearless voice of wisdom, and the unwavering heartbeat of her family. Fiercely devoted to her three loving children, their spouses, and her two cherished grandchildren, she built a life rooted in strength, compassion, and community. When diagnosed with endometrial cancer, she faced it with remarkable courage and determination, inspiring everyone around her. Through her journey, she recognized how many patients fight alone, and from that realization came Zanetta’s Gift — a foundation created in her honor to ensure that no one has to navigate cancer without support, advocacy, and dignity. Though she passed peacefully on January 29, 2026, her legacy of love and resilience lives on.
